1. Authorized Use of ILWU Marks

1630 Apparel Co. (“1630 Apparel Co. Inc.”) is an officially authorized vendor of ILWU Canada merchandise. All official ILWU logos, trademarks, and insignia appearing on this website or in connection with our products are used under express license from ILWU Canada.

2. Parody and Creative Works

In addition to licensed ILWU merchandise, 1630 Apparel designs and produces parody works, creative interpretations, and other original designs inspired by waterfront culture. These works:

1. Are the exclusive creation and property of 1630 Apparel Co.

2. Are not official ILWU merchandise

3. Are not endorsed, sponsored, or approved by ILWU Canada

3. Allocation of Responsibility

1630 Apparel Co. assumes sole and exclusive responsibility for all parody or non-official designs. ILWU Canada bears no liability for such works, their content, or any claims or disputes arising therefrom.

4. Misrepresentation and Confusion

In the event any parody or creative work produced by 1630 Apparel Co. is alleged to be official ILWU merchandise, all such claims, causes of action, or legal proceedings shall be directed solely against 1630 Apparel Co. ILWU Canada shall not be named, joined, or otherwise implicated in any such matter.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, and designs displayed on this site—whether official ILWU merchandise or 1630 Apparel originals—are protected under applicable Canadian and international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
